With Microsoft and 343 Industries announcement of Halo 4 being released November 6, 2012, Best Buy has already opened Halo 4 Pre-Orders to the masses. Halo 4 will be the upcoming eighth installment of the famous Halo franchise. Halo’s past games were created by Bungie, but now Halo 4 is being developed by an internal gaming division that Microsoft has created, 343 Industries.

Halo 4 will begin a new trilogy named the "Reclaimer Trilogy" and will be bringing Master Chief and Cortana back into action. The new video game will start off where Halo 3 ended. So it might be a good idea to catch up on your Halo 3 history so you can be ready for Halo 4, when released early November.

The new graphics engine for Halo 4 has been created from scratch for a more detailed and realistic experience, unlike the brushed up graphics COD got when released. This also means all vehicles, weapons, and enemies have been upgraded graphically, which look great I might add (check out the video below).

For all of you online Multiplayer gaming fans, you will be pleased to learn that 343 Industries will feature all brand new custom built multi-player levels such as WrapAround and WarHouse.



Halo 4 will include the release of a new enhanced soldier program, the Spartan IV. Also a Halo first, a new ranking system will be integrated, this will allow you to earn Spartan Points so you can create your own custom load-outs for your character.

The most popular Halo weapon every one came to love was the Battle Rifle, which debuted in Halo 2 and went missing in Halo: Reach. Now all you disgruntled Halo gamers will be happy to know the Battle Rifle will be back in action with a freshly new updated look.

From the looks of it, 343 Industries is on a mission to make sure Halo 4 is a blockbuster hit. They will have a lot to prove as to why Halo 4 should be the must have game this fall, for all those FPS gamers out there. And from what we have seen so far with the pre-released videos and pictures, it doesn’t look like Halo 4 will disappoint.

According to 343 Industries, they will try and balance the classic Halo gameplay we all came to love and at the same time add innovations in weaponry and abilities to give Halo fans a sense of something new.
