App Store Hits 100,000 iPad Apps

It has been just over a year that Apple came out with the first iPad and now they have over 100,000 dedicated iPad apps. The Apple Store has a little over 500,000 approved ios apps. The Apple store was launched in 2008 and has remained the leader in apps. Android Market is its closest competitor with a little over 200,000 apps in total and rapidly catching up.
